  • Payment Information: Transaction IDs, payment method chosen (Razorpay, UPI, cash). We do not store your credit/debit card numbers — these are handled directly by our payment processors.
  • Communication Data: Messages sent through contact forms, support tickets, and reviews.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
  • Log Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of visit, time spent on pages, and other diagnostic data.
  • Location Data: Approximate location based on IP address (not precise GPS location unless explicitly permitted).
