Customers can book through the BookEase Pro mobile app (Android & iOS). They discover vendors, browse services, pick a time slot, select a staff member (if required), and confirm with payment.
Yes, cancellation and rescheduling are supported through the app. You can set cancellation policies per service, including free cancellation windows, late cancellation fees, and no-cancellation periods.
When all slots are booked, customers can join a waitlist. If a slot opens up (due to cancellation), the next person on the waitlist gets notified automatically and can claim the slot.
Yes, the Enterprise plan includes recurring bookings. Customers or admins can set up weekly, biweekly, or monthly recurring appointments that are automatically scheduled.
BookEase Pro sends automated reminders at 24 hours and 1 hour before each appointment via email. The emails include iCal calendar attachments so customers can add appointments to their calendar.
BookEase Pro supports Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets), UPI QR codes for in-person payments, and cash payments. Vendors can use either the platform's payment gateway or connect their own Razorpay account.
Services can be configured with a deposit percentage (e.g., 30%). When a customer books, they pay only the deposit amount online. The remaining balance is collected at the venue via cash, UPI QR, or card.
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We never store card details on our servers. Payment credentials are encrypted using AES encryption in our database.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method via Razorpay. The admin can initiate refunds from the admin panel, and customers are notified via email when the refund is processed.
Yes! BookEase Pro has native apps for both Android and iOS. Customers can discover vendors, book appointments, make payments, manage bookings, leave reviews, and receive push notifications.
The admin panel is fully responsive and works on mobile browsers. Dedicated vendor/staff mobile apps are on our roadmap for future releases.
