1. Nature of Service
BookEase Pro is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for appointment booking and business management. Our Service is delivered entirely online and does not involve the shipping of any physical goods.
This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how our digital services and appointment-based services are delivered to users.
2. Digital Service Delivery
2.1 Platform Access
- Upon registration, you receive immediate access to the BookEase Pro platform via the website at bookeasepro.com.
- Mobile applications are available for download from the Google Play Store (Android) and Apple App Store (iOS).
- Subscription features are activated immediately upon successful payment processing.
2.2 Account Credentials
- Login credentials are delivered to your registered email address upon account creation.
- Mobile app access uses the same credentials as the web platform.
3. Appointment Service Delivery
3.1 Booking Confirmation
- When you book an appointment through BookEase Pro, you will receive a confirmation email with all booking details.
- The confirmation email includes an iCal (.ics) attachment that you can add to your calendar (Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, etc.).
- In-app notifications are also sent and visible in the notification bell within the app.
3.2 Appointment Reminders
- Automated email reminders are sent 24 hours and 1 hour before your scheduled appointment.
- Reminders include appointment date, time, service, staff member (if assigned), and venue address.
- Push notifications may be sent to your mobile device if notifications are enabled.
3.3 Service Fulfilment
- Appointment services are rendered in person at the vendor's business location.
- The vendor's address and contact details are provided in the booking confirmation.
- BookEase Pro facilitates the booking but does not deliver the physical service. The vendor is solely responsible for the quality and delivery of the appointment service.
4. No Physical Shipping
To be clear:
- BookEase Pro does not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products.
- No shipping charges apply to any transactions on the platform.
- There are no delivery timelines for physical goods as none are offered.
5. Rescheduling
- Customers may reschedule their appointments through the app or website, subject to the vendor's availability and rescheduling policy.
- Rescheduled appointments generate updated confirmation emails with new date/time details and a revised iCal attachment.
- Rescheduling does not incur additional charges unless specified by the vendor's policy.
6. Service Downtime and Availability
- We strive to maintain 99.9% platform uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance via email or in-app notifications.
- In the event of unscheduled downtime, we will work to restore the Service as quickly as possible. We are not liable for any missed bookings or losses due to temporary unavailability.
